All potential participants must be 18 years of age or older to attend the retreat.

All potential participants must take part in a Zoom interview along with completing the application form. The form needs to be completed in full or the application will be denied. The Zoom interview is approximately 60 minutes, giving us an opportunity to get to know you and for you to get to know us. It involves a health history check, intentions / reasons for why this process interests you and gives you the opportunity to ask questions.

All potential participants MUST be free of alcohol, SSRIs, any type of pharmaceuticals or medication, Cannabis, and any other teaching medicine seven days prior to attending. There is no smoking or consuming of alcohol at the retreat.

ARRIVAL AND ACCOMMODATIONS
Accepted participants are requested to arrive on the Friday between 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM and must stay until 1:00 PM on the Sunday (all times are in MST).
​
If traveling by plane, please be mindful that it takes approximately 2 hours to travel from the Calgary (YYC) / Edmonton (YEG) international airports to the retreat facility and arrange your flight arrival and departure times accordingly.

Sample itinerary for flights within Canada:

Friday flight arrival between 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM MST, allowing for arrival to the retreat facility between 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM MST, giving an hour's grace.

Sunday flight departure @ 5:00 PM or later, departing the retreat facility for 1:00 PM MST, arriving to the airport around 3:00 PM MST.

Your stay includes a private room (unless shared is requested depending on participants relationship; e.g. for couples) with a bed, all linens and towels provided, 4-5 meals (Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast; all prepared and cooked in house and as organic as possible), access to a sauna, massage and other healing modalities as available.

Due to lodging restraints groups are limited to 4 journey participants (6 if they are couples).

SCHEDULE
Participants will be encouraged to follow a set of protocols given out 7 days prior to arrival, one of which includes journaling (which we ask to bring with you).
​
Ceremonies begin on the Saturday morning with cacao, and the earth spirit medicine ceremony at approximately 4:00 PM, with integration beginning as we close the ceremonies with Sunday morning's cacao ceremony. Please note that the times are flexible and do change with the seasons.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation to and from the Edmonton / Calgary airport can be provided upon request for an additional fee of $100 CAD.

The non-refundable deposit is to be paid upon completion and acceptance of application (confirmation post Zoom interview) with the remainder to be paid in cash upon arrival (i.e. Friday).​
